Straight answers before you buy

Equipment selection, workpiece testing, quotation, shipping, and warranty — answered without sales talk.

01What equipment and processes does Diewei Automation focus on?

Our focus includes packaging production processes and downstream packaging automation: magnet and metal insert installation, panel joining, tape application, gluing, case erecting and sealing, robotic case packing and palletizing. Food processing is a separate equipment area covering operations such as dicing, slicing, strip cutting and chunk cutting.

02How do I start equipment selection?

Send product or material photos, dimensions, processing requirements, target output and your current workflow. Include dimensioned drawings or a site layout when available.

03Does Diewei Automation manufacture every machine itself?

Diewei Automation operates as an independent brand for equipment selection and project discussions, working with manufacturing partners. Manufacturing and project responsibilities are defined in the relevant proposal and order documents.

04What do the website application examples represent?

Application examples show equipment use in manufacturing partner portfolios. The accompanying description identifies the background. Application images do not mean that every configuration or operating condition is identical.

05Can I start with a single machine?

A project discussion can start with one operation and a standalone machine. Connection to an existing line depends on material transfer, dimensions, operating pace and interfaces.

06What information is needed for a custom automation project?

Provide samples or drawings, the process sequence, input and output requirements, target output, manual operations and site constraints. The project scope is defined by the requirements and engineering assessment.

07How is magnet or metal insert installation equipment selected?

Selection considers the board material, insert shape and dimensions, installation quantity and positions, drilling requirements and adhesive. Finished-product photos and dimensioned drawings help describe the task.

08What information is needed for tape application?

Provide the product material and dimensions, application positions, tape width and type, feeding method and target output. Identify the manual tasks that remain in the process.

09Can a gluing machine use any adhesive?

Adhesive suitability varies by machine and process. Specify the adhesive type, substrate, application method and subsequent bonding operation during selection.

10What is the difference between case erecting packing and sealing?

Erecting forms the case, packing loads products into it, and sealing closes it. Equipment configuration and manual tasks should be defined for each operation.

11Is an erecting and sealing line fully automatic?

Not necessarily. Some linked lines retain manual product loading or flap folding. The automation scope depends on the configuration and complete operating sequence.

12Is palletizing payload based only on product weight?

Payload assessment also considers the gripper, end-of-arm equipment and the number and weight of packages per pick. The complete handling configuration matters.

13What pallet information is needed?

Provide pallet dimensions, the layer arrangement, layer count, stacking height, package dimensions and weight, and the pallet exchange method.

14Can the equipment process fresh cooked or frozen material?

Suitability depends on the machine, material type and temperature, bone content and knife configuration. Share the actual processing conditions; the suitability of one model does not apply to every machine.

15Are slicing strip cutting dicing and chunk cutting interchangeable?

They produce different output shapes and use different cutting arrangements. Define the required dimensions and quality before selecting the operation and knife setup.

16Do I need to provide a physical sample?

Selection discussions can begin with photos, videos and drawings. The need for physical samples and arrangements for assessment depend on the material and process.

17How is the power supply matched to the site?

Provide the site voltage, phase, frequency and other utility conditions. These requirements should be defined in the selected equipment configuration and order specifications.

18How do I obtain pricing and a delivery schedule?

Send the equipment or process requirements, configuration needs and destination. Pricing and delivery timing are confirmed for the selected equipment, project scope and order conditions.

19How are installation training and after-sales support arranged?

Installation, training, spare parts and support scope are agreed before ordering based on the equipment and destination, and documented in the proposal or order.

20Where are warranty terms and certification details confirmed?

Warranty coverage follows the relevant order terms. Certification or conformity documents must match the equipment configuration and destination requirements; a website image alone does not establish them.
